Prosjektet bygger p\u00e5 en tanke om at vi ikke kan finne gode l\u00f8sninger for ungdom uten \u00e5 faktisk h\u00f8re p\u00e5 ungdom selv. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Som en del av prosjektet har vi opprettet til sammen 15 CO-CREATE-grupper i Nederland, Polen, Portugal, England og Norge. Gruppene har best\u00e5tt av unge mellom 16 og 19 \u00e5r, som har f\u00e5tt oppl\u00e6ring av forskere i helsesp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l, forskningsmetoder og politisk p\u00e5virkningsarbeid. Sammen har de utviklet politikkideer som kan forebygge overvekt. Eksempler p\u00e5 slike ideer har v\u00e6rt forbud mot reklame for markedsf\u00f8ring av usunn mat og drikke, gratis treningstilbud til ungdom, bedre mat- og helseundervisning og sukkerskatt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Etter at gruppene har utviklet ideene sine, har de f\u00e5tt mulighet til \u00e5 invitere politikere og andre som jobber med tema knyttet til ideen deres til et dialogforum. Dialogforumet er et m\u00f8te med noen bestemte sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l og oppgaver til deltakerne. M\u00e5let er \u00e5 videreutvikle ideen som ble laget i CO-CREATE-gruppene. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I tillegg har representanter fra CO-CREATE-gruppene samlet seg i en arbeidsgruppe som har skrevet en erkl\u00e6ring med politiske krav for \u00e5 forebygge overvekt, basert p\u00e5 arbeidet som har blitt gjort i CO-CREATE-gruppene. fusion-text-3\"><p><b>Hvorfor jobber Press med CO-CREATE?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barnekonvensjonen sl\u00e5r fast at alle barn har rett til god helse og at alle barn har rett til \u00e5 bli h\u00f8rt i sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l som ang\u00e5r dem. Disse to barnerettighetene er sentrale i CO-CREATE, og er grunnen til at Press jobber med prosjektet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I dag lever 1 av 4 norske ungdommer med overvekt, som gj\u00f8r dem s\u00e5rbare for en rekke sykdommer, som diabetes og kreft. Videre vet vi at barn som har foreldre med lav utdanning er mer utsatt for \u00e5 f\u00e5 overvekt. Det bryter med prinsippet om ikke-diskriminering og retten alle barn har til god helse.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ofte snakker man om overvekt p\u00e5 en stigmatiserende m\u00e5te med overforenklede l\u00f8sninger som legger ansvaret hos enkeltmennesker. Det mener Press og CO-CREATE er feil. Forskning viser nemlig at samtidig som kunnskapen om faktorer som kan f\u00f8re til overvekt \u00f8ker hos befolkningen, s\u00e5 synker ikke andelen som lever med overvekt. \u00c5 be folk om \u201c\u00e5 skjerpe seg og leve sunnere\u201d fungerer ikke. I stedet er det n\u00f8dvendig \u00e5 se p\u00e5 hvordan samfunnet legger til rette for at vi kan ta helsefremmende valg. Vi lever i et samfunn hvor fastfood er lett tilgjengelig og vi bombarderes av reklame for usunn mat. Skal vi sikre alle barn og unge god helse m\u00e5 vi bygge samfunn som gj\u00f8r det lett \u00e5 ta sunne valg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bare ungdom vet hvordan det er \u00e5 v\u00e6re ungdom i dag. Derfor m\u00e5 unge f\u00e5 v\u00e6re med \u00e5 forme samfunnet de lever i. Det er ikke bare viktig for at vi skal skape gode samfunn for alle, men ogs\u00e5 fordi det er en rettighet \u00e5 bli h\u00f8rt i sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l som ang\u00e5r en selv. I CO-CREATE er m\u00e5let v\u00e5rt at ungdom i Europa skal f\u00e5 litt mer innflytelse i helsepolitikk.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CO-CREATE og Gullbarbie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Umiddelbart kan det virke som at CO-CREATE og Gullbarbie ikke har s\u00e5 mye til felles. Men ser man n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 det er det faktisk flere likhetstrekk ved de to prosjektene. Deretter deler gruppa bildene med hverandre og forteller hvorfor de har valgt \u00e5 ta disse bildene (dersom temaet er fysiske eller psykisk helse kan man beskrive hvordan bildet henger sammen med dette temaet). Dersom dere synes det passer, kan man lage en bildeutstilling av resultatene eller bruke \u00f8velsen som et utgangspunkt for \u00e5 finne politikkideer som kan forebygge overvekt der dere bor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reklamejakt<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let etter reklamer som kan prege barn og unges fysiske eller psykiske helse. Lokallaget kan for eksempel kj\u00f8pe inn aviser og magasiner, lete p\u00e5 nett og ta en rusletur i byen for \u00e5 ta bilder av reklamer. Diskuter hvordan reklamene preger barns psykiske og fysiske helse og hva reklamene har til felles, selv om de reklamerer for ulike ting. Etter at dere er ferdige med \u00f8velsen kan dere pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 skrive et leserinnlegg om reklame mot barn og unge.
